The house itself is in great condition, and we have had very few issues for Jerry to deal with. The yard is great for the kids to play and there is ample storeage space downstairs. Buena Vista is a great neighborhood, quiet, safe, and very convenient to all spots in Winston-Salem, Jerry is a terrific landlord, and a very nice person. He i s always attentive to our needs and concerns, and he always responds promptly to our phone calls. He is especially helpful with regards to his 'local Knowledge' of Winston. We hope to stay in touch with him and Paulette for years to come, and we hope they will do the same."
