The undersigned Lessee(s) hereby agree(s) to lease the above addressed
premises form the above named Lessors for a term of beginning, _______ until, _______
subject to the following terms and conditions:

RENTAL PAYMENTS

Monthly rental cash installments of ____________ and due and payable at Lessors Address above in advanced the first day of each month. POSSESSIONS

Lessee(s) acknowledge(s) and accepts the premises in the present condition and agree(s) to keep and maintain the same clean and neat without defacement or damage, inside and out, subject to reasonable wear and use.

ASSIGNMENT

No assignment or subleases without the written consent of the lessors. No assignment or sub lease shall release shall release Lessees(s) from the obligations of this lease.

LESSORS' RIGHT OF ENTRY

Lessors, or their agent, shall have the right to enter the premises at all times which are necessary to make needs repairs, and this right shall exist whether or not Lessee(s) or other occupants shall be on the pre misses at such time. During the last SIXTY (60) days of the term of the lease, Lessors, or their agents, shall have the right to enter the premises at reasonable hours to show the same to prospective Lessee(s).

LESSES(S) PROPERTY

If, upon the termination of this lease or abandonment of the premises by Lessee(s), Lessee(s) abandons or leaves any property in the premises, Lessors, or their agent, shall have the right without notice to Lessee(s), to store or otherwise dispose of the property at Lessee(s), cost and expense, without being liable in any respect to the Lessee(s).
